Isabelle is looking after my daughter since she was two months old. She is very dedicated and listens to needs of the baby extremely well. She is very experienced with children of all ages and I learned a lot from her. She shares her knowledge without being intrusive and she is highly respectful and reliable. On some occasions I had to change schedules and Isabelle was accommodating to some last minute changes. She also helped me take the baby to appointments and helped with the preparation of bottles, folding of clothes and cleaning baby equipment. Moreover, she never disturbed our privacy. Particularly, she is very skilled in: Supervising children and caring for their needs, Preparing formulas and changing diapers and entertaining the baby with songs. Isabelle has a number of strengths but her main strength – according to my observation – is her talent to listen to the needs of the baby and acting accordingly. Never once, my baby was ignored while cared for her. In summary, she is very reliable, trustworthy and motivated. Once again, I highly recommend her for a nanny/nounou position. I would highly recommend Mégane. She was Au Pair for one year to look after my four kids (4,4,6,8). Mégane instilled confidence and showed love for the kids. From the start, she had a very positive attitude, a great work ethic, and the children quickly bonded with her.
